Learn2CheckIn is a simple- to- use, online course especially designed for those wanting to work as a Passenger Service Agent (PSA) at an airport

Developed in partnership with those currently employed in the industry, it allows you to check in passengers in exactly the same way as they would at the airport.

Learn2CheckIn (Level 1) will cover: 

- Your passengers' journey through the airport

- Different types of airlines you will encounter

- Terminology used at the airport

- Uniform and grooming standards

- A typical check-in system

- Your very first check-in!

- Seat selection

- Baggage

- A group check-in

- Special passengers

- Checking in an infant  

Learn2CheckIn (Level 2) will cover:

- NO-REC passengers

- Adding a bag

- Lost boarding cards

- Conflict management

- Changing seats

- Using the list

Learn2CheckIn (Level 3) will cover:

- Offloading passengers

- Checking in a dog (and his owner!)

- Ramp safety

- Boarding passengers

- Missing passengers

- Flight arrivals
