Learn2Book is a simple - to- use, online course especially designed for you to help you learn about working in a travel agent.

Developed in partnership with those currently employed in the industry, it allows you to book holidays in exactly the same way as they would if you were working in a travel agent.

Learn2Book Courses

Learn2Book Level 1 will cover: 

• A welcome to Travelicious, our (fictional!) travel agent where we are giving you a job as a trainee travel agent
• What is a package holiday and what are the benefits of booking one? 
• What types of package holidays do we offer here at Travelicious
• What codes do you need to know when working at Travelicious?
• How do you complete our Customer Enquiry Form (part one)

Learn2Book Level 2 will cover: 

• Working with Parasol Holidays Summer Sun Majorca brochure 
• Supplements and Reductions 
• Costing package holidays 
• How do you complete our Customer Enquiry Form (part two) 
• Last-minute deals
• Booking children and families 

Learn2Book Level 3 will cover: 

• Reservation one- an introduction to Parasol Holidays Reservation System (PARS) 
• Reservation two- a complete reservation 
• Reservation three- now it's over to you to show us how it's done! 
• Reservation four- a reservation including children
• Reservation five- a self-catering reservation including under-occupancy supplements 

Learn2Book Level 4 will cover: 

• Reservation six- a reservation that includes an infant 
• Reservation seven- a flight-only booking
• Reservation eight- Accommodation Search 
• Reservation nine- Late Deal booking 
• Reservation ten- SunDeals, an allocation on arrival booking
